In this role, you will engage with customers via digital channels (email, SMS, live chat) and, when needed, provide verbal communication in Spanish and English to address inquiries, negotiatepayment solutions, and achieve optimal outcomes. You will balance the need to maximise collections performance with delivering exceptional customerexperiences, adhering to regulatory requirements, and following internal processes. Now is an exciting time to join the team as we continue to make the experience of debt resolution smoother, and more human.We are seeking a seasoned and commercially driven Managing Director to take full ownership of InDebted’s Australian business. This role holds full P&L accountability for Australia, and is responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for revenue growth across both InDebted’s intelligent third-party collections service (Collect) and first-party collections software (Receeve) in the Australian market.The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the collections industry, with an established network across Australia’s financial services sector. You’ll be a strategic leader and operator, responsible for driving revenue growth, operational performance, and client satisfaction across key verticals including banking, telco, utilities, BNPL, and more.
